The first step in registering your authentic TRX product is to either log in to your account (for existing customers) or create a new account (for new customers). Once you have accessed your account, you will be prompted to enter the serial number from either your TRX Suspension Trainer or TRX Rip Trainer.

HOW DO I LOCATE MY TRX SUSPENSION TRAINER’S SERIAL NUMBER?

 

Your serial number is located on the product authenticity hologram attached to your product. It is located behind one of the rubber badges (A) that sit directly above the handles. Slide the badge (B) up to view the serial number.

Enter all letters and numbers that appear on the hologram. Please note that a 0 is the number “zero” and not the letter “o”.

HOW DO I LOCATE MY TRX FORCE TRAINER’S SERIAL NUMBER?

It is located behind one of the rubber badges (D) at the bottom of the white label. Slide the badge up to view the serial number. Enter all 11 numbers and letters.

HOW DO I LOCATE MY TRX RIP TRAINER’S SERIAL NUMBER?

The serial number on your Rip Trainer is located on the product authenticity hologram. This hologram can be found between the two black grips on the yellow bar (C). Note that some Rip Trainers may only have 9 digit serial numbers.
